Welcome to NorthPaws™. These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Northpaws.shop, including purchases, inquiries, and other activities carried out through the website.

The terms “NorthPaws™,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the website's operator. “User,” “customer,” “you,” and “your” refer to anyone who visits the website, uses its features, or makes a purchase.

By accessing the website or using our services, you acknowledge these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to them, you should not use the services.

Eligibility and Customer Information

To make a purchase, you must have the legal capacity required under the applicable laws of your country or region. Minors may use the website or make purchases only where permitted by local law and, where required, with the authorization or supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

When placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is true, complete, and current, that you are authorized to use the selected payment method, and that the transaction is lawful.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Northpaws.shop lawfully and responsibly. You must not use the website for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities; submit false information; impersonate another person; place fraudulent orders; attempt unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or databases; introduce malicious software; interfere with website security or operation; infringe intellectual property rights; or engage in prohibited activities.

NorthPaws™ may take reasonable steps to restrict or suspend access where these conditions are violated, subject to applicable law.

Product Information

NorthPaws™ aims to keep product descriptions, photographs, features, sizing information, instructions, and prices clear and accurate. Minor differences may result from screen settings, photography, legitimate packaging or labeling updates, supplier changes, or normal product variations.

Product images are illustrative and should be read together with each product's specific description. If a material error concerning price, description, availability, or another relevant detail is found, NorthPaws™ may correct it and, where appropriate, notify the customer before processing or dispatching an order.

Customers should follow any sizing instructions, product warnings, and care recommendations provided with the product. Individual pets may differ in size and comfort needs. Products should be used appropriately and should not be left on an animal where they cause discomfort or present a safety risk.

Availability and Order Limits

All products are subject to availability. Adding an item to the cart does not reserve it or guarantee that it will remain available until the order is confirmed.

NorthPaws™ may limit quantities per customer, household, or order; temporarily suspend an item; update its catalog; decline orders where stock is unavailable; or cancel duplicate, irregular, or reasonably suspicious orders in accordance with applicable law.

Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected products. An automated order-receipt email does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. An order is accepted when payment has been approved and NorthPaws™ confirms processing, preparation, or dispatch, according to the purchase process used and any mandatory local rules.

NorthPaws™ may decline, suspend, or cancel an order when a product is unavailable, payment is rejected or cannot be verified, there is an obvious pricing or description error, information is incomplete or inconsistent, there are reasonable signs of fraud or unauthorized use, delivery is not possible, or the transaction would violate these Terms or applicable law.

If NorthPaws™ cancels a paid order, the amount due will be refunded through the original payment method where possible, unless applicable law or a valid agreement provides otherwise.

Prices and Taxes

The applicable prices are those shown on Northpaws.shop at checkout, subject to the lawful correction of an obvious error. Prices will be shown in the currency indicated on the website or during checkout.

Before completing a purchase, customers will be shown the product price and applicable additional charges, including shipping, taxes, and other required amounts. Where European consumer law applies, mandatory pre-contract information and total-price disclosure requirements will be respected.

NorthPaws™ may update prices, promotions, and discounts. Changes will not affect confirmed orders unless an obvious error can lawfully be corrected.

Payments and Billing

Accepted payment methods are those displayed during checkout. Payments may be handled by third-party providers subject to their own security measures, terms, and privacy policies.

Customers must provide accurate and complete billing information. Where required, NorthPaws™ will provide the applicable purchase receipt or documentation based on the information submitted and the relevant legal requirements.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders may be shipped using postal services, carriers, or logistics providers available for each destination. Shipping costs, available methods, and estimated delivery times will be provided on Northpaws.shop, at checkout, or in the Shipping Policy.

Customers should verify their delivery addresses before confirming an order. Consequences arising exclusively from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by the customer may be their responsibility only where permitted by law.

Customers should inspect an order after delivery and report damage, missing items, defects, or incorrect products to Modasinpelos@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible. Delayed reporting does not remove any mandatory consumer rights.

Returns, Cancellations, and Guarantees

Where a statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation applies to a distance purchase, NorthPaws™ will respect the relevant deadlines, conditions, and legally required procedures. For qualifying EU consumer purchases, the standard withdrawal period is generally 14 days after receipt of the goods, subject to statutory exceptions.

The Returns and Refunds Policy published on Northpaws.shop forms part of these Terms. No voluntary store condition will restrict mandatory consumer rights.

If a product is defective, damaged upon arrival, does not conform to the contract, or differs from the item purchased, the customer may exercise the remedies provided by applicable law. Statutory guarantees cannot be reduced by these Terms.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discounts are subject to the period, availability, region, eligible products, minimum purchase amount, and other conditions stated for each offer. Unless expressly stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined or exchanged for cash.

Intellectual Property

Content on Northpaws.shop, including text, photographs, videos, designs, graphics, illustrations, descriptions, logos, trademarks, and promotional materials, belongs to NorthPaws™, its licensors, or the relevant rights holders. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation is prohibited to the extent provided by applicable law.

Customer Content

If you submit a review, comment, photograph, video, testimonial, or other material, you confirm that you have the rights or permissions necessary to submit it and that it does not infringe third-party rights or contain illegal, fraudulent, or misleading material.

Customer Communications and Privacy

By placing an order or creating an account, you may receive operational communications necessary to manage purchases, payments, shipping, deliveries, exchanges, returns, refunds, inquiries, and account security. Promotional communications will be sent only where legally permitted.

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on Northpaws.shop.

NorthPaws™ may use Shopify and external providers for payments, logistics, advertising, analytics, customer support, communications, security, and social media services. Use of those services may be governed by their respective terms and policies.

Northpaws.shop may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties. NorthPaws™ does not independently control their content, availability, security, or business practices.

Website Availability

NorthPaws™ seeks to keep Northpaws.shop available and secure. Access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, updates, technical failures, connectivity issues, security incidents, decisions of technology providers, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Liability and Mandatory Rights

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NorthPaws™ is not responsible for loss caused exclusively by product misuse, failure to follow instructions, incorrect information supplied by a user, actions of unrelated third parties, unavoidable technical interruptions, or events outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits non-waivable consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory remedies for defective or non-conforming products.

To the extent permitted by law, users are responsible for damage caused by unlawful or fraudulent use of the website, violations of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, submission of unlawful content, or unauthorized interference with the services.

NorthPaws™ is not responsible for delay or non-performance resulting from unforeseeable, unavoidable events beyond its reasonable control, without prejudice to any mandatory rights available to customers.

Disputes and Applicable Law

These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the transaction in the United States or Europe. Nothing in them deprives a consumer of mandatory protections available under the law of their habitual residence where such protections apply.

General Provisions

If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be separated only to the extent necessary, and the remaining terms will continue to apply.

Failure by NorthPaws™ to enforce a right immediately does not necessarily constitute a waiver of that right.

NorthPaws™ may update these Terms to reflect legal, regulatory, technological, commercial, operational, or security changes. The current version will be published on Northpaws.shop. Changes will not unlawfully alter rights relating to orders already accepted.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, and other applicable conditions published on Northpaws.shop, govern use of the website and purchases made through it.
